Habit 1 - Be Proactive


When I am on a team group of various members and not all of the members are working.



In a proactive way to react is, talk to the person, because not all of the work is my responsability, keep doing my job as normal, and try to help that person who is not working the same as others, because maybe have some troubles, or needs help.



Habit 2 - Begin with the end in mind


I like to have in mind what its like when its finished, because with this i can take actions to achieve my goal.



Habit 3 - Put first things first


Rocks:
Family, my girldfriend, businesses, financial freedom, develop things, never give up
Pebbles:
Studing, university, work, work on projects, trading

Habit 4 - WIN/WIN


I've never been in a Win Win situation, to win something, someone has to lose, when you fight, or negociate, there is never a win win situation, if I want something a get it, i don't care what are costs, it's my benefits, so someone has to lose, because the thing it most probably never the same that the other person, and, yes, i would never change my mind, if i want somethig is that or that, the other person cannot say nothing or try t make me change my mind. There's only a Win win situation when you allow to be used or because you accept to do what others say, thant's not my case.



Habit 5 - Seek first to understand, then to be understood


Once i learned that talking about yourself when people needs help is not that effective that we think, so, since then my way to help is to listen, listen about their problems, their things, and when their stop talking, i find a way to help without putting myself in, so basically i don't talk that much to say a sentence.

One person who helps me a lot is my girldfriend, when i have a problem, she is there, and she doesn't tlak that much when i have a problem, she tells me to do things to keep my mind busy, to work in something that i love, but basically, what helps me is her being there, listening to me, that means all to me.



Habit 6 - Synergy


Once, I was struggling to fix a bug in my code. A classmate who’s great at debugging joined me, and in just 30 minutes, we found the issue and even improved the code. Alone, it would have taken me hours.



Habit 7 - Sharpen the saw


Physical – I go to the gym three times a week and try to maintain a balanced diet to keep my body healthy. I also make sure to get enough sleep every night.

Social/Emotional – I spend time with my family and friends regularly, sharing experiences and supporting each other. I also practice active listening and try to build positive relationships.

Mental – I challenge myself by learning new things, such as programming and business strategies. I also read books and stay updated on topics that interest me.

Spiritual – I take time for self-reflection and meditation, which helps me stay grounded. I also focus on my long-term goals and values to ensure I'm aligned with my purpose.
